Natural is purely a marketing term that has no approved or legal definition. It would be more useful to consider the organic content. Although not legislated in Australia (legislation is proposed), the term “organic” is generally accepted as having 95% plant or naturally occurring ingredients excluding water and salt.

Tripure is also a manufacturer and is used by over 300 Kindergartens and schools, many commercial cleaners, and supplies to Eco Organic shops online and on the ground. If you want to have bulk concentrate supplies with your own label, we can facilitate that whole process for your business. We can calculate your volume requirements, quote and list the best practices to use the cleaning solutions effectively. We can do the artwork for your labels, organise the printing, manufacture the cleaning products, pack and ship to your locations, supply you with your MSDS sheets for each product (and make them available online for easy access.) 

Yes, in high concentrations essential oils are considered dangerous however in smaller concentrations are usually very safe. Our products are very safe and have a long track record of safe usage. 

The odour products we sell eliminates bad smell through a process called adsorption. This is a chemical reaction that reacts with the bad smell to neutralise it. A product that masks the smell (such as a toilet deodorant) will simply add another, smell that is more powerful so that you no longer notice the bad smell. 

The Smell Smasher absorbs it! Believe us! If you have a new puppy or party mad teenager, the Smell Smasher will fix it. Time and time again people have been amazed that it works, really works. 

Liz the owner lent some product to a friend who had a new  puppy and she was beyond thrilled with the result. Then another friend had a  teenager who had been out and partied too hard, vomited on the carpet. Eeek! Two carpet cleans from a pro company and still awful. One spray over the area with the Smell Smasher and the ghastly smell was gone. The Bliss!!!! 

Tripure products use plant based ingredients wherever possible. Antiseptic and fungidicidal properties cannot be guaranteed with organic ingredients at a cost effective price. Hence antiseptic and fungicidal products may have a very small percentage of synthetic ingredients. The ingredients chosen are non toxic in small quantities and non harmful.

It’s more useful to ask if the products contain organic or synthetic ingredients as everything is a chemical, even water (H20)!

We supply products in a powerful concentrate to mix with water, making the products ready-to-use. Given water is plentiful and cheap, it makes our products more cost effective when you consider that adding water gives you considerably more ready-to-use product. And it’s good for the environment as we aren’t shipping water all over the country.

Add 25ml of concentrate to 475ml of water (per 500mls). By adding the concentrate to the water, this reduce the amount of foaming

If a product is safe enough to drink, chances are it is mostly water and probably not powerful enough to do the cleaning job you need it to. We design our products to be effective for the intended purpose, not to drink.

The original company was established in October 2014. All of the company owners have been in sales and marketing roles their entire career and the majority have been in the organic cleaning products business since 2007. Our European connections have been in the essential oils business since the early 1980’s. The new owner has been in business in other industries, including marketing for 32 years, believe her, these products are as close to perfect as is possible for an eco friendly, organic...ticks all the boxes eco friendly product.

Chlorine bleach is caustic to the skin, lungs, and eyes (especially at higher concentrations); like many common disinfectants, it degrades in the presence of organic substances; it has a strong odor; it is not effective against Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium; and extreme caution must be taken not to combine it with ammonia or any acid (such as vinegar), as this can cause noxious gases to be formed. The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) is a single internationally agreed system of chemical classification and hazard communication through labelling and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). GHS becomes mandatory in Australia on 1 January 2017. Tripure Products has chosen to implement this system on the Tripure range at launch.

Under the regulations, the manufacturer and importer of hazardous chemicals have a duty to correctly classify a chemical before the chemical is supplied to a workplace.

Even natural ingredients such as essential oils are considered to be a chemical under the legislation.

The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) come into effect on 1 January 2017 so companies have until then to comply with the legislation. The legislation only applies to products being sold to workplaces. Products sold to consumers for use in the home are not required to have these warnings.

But these warnings make the product look dangerous

The majority of the warning are preventative warnings that will apply to all products classified as chemicals, as per the example below:

Precautionary statement – General: If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Precautionary Statement – Prevention: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. First Aid: Inhalation: If inhaled, remove affected person from contaminated area. Keep at rest until recovered. If symptoms persist seek medical attention. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Wash out mouth thoroughly with water. Seek immediate medical attention. Skin: Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water. If symptoms develop seek medical attention. Eye contact: If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Remove contact lenses. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention. For advice in an emergency, contact the Poisons Information Centre 131 126. Additional information is listed in the Safety Data Sheet.

“Organic” can be used to label any product that contains a minimum of 95 percent organic ingredients (excluding salt and water). Up to 5 percent of the ingredients may be nonorganic. Our products are all organic.

Products should preferably be stored in a cool, dark place, free from significant changes in temperature. Our products will last many years under these conditions. As a general rule products stored in a workplace in a lit store room where temperatures can vary within a small range should be used within 12 months of purchase.

Orders placed will be processed within standard working hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST (excluding public holidays).

 Deliveries in Australia are by Australian Post. Please allow for up to 3-10 working days for delivery.  

Exchanges 

To make the process easy follow these steps.

Contact Us to initiate the exchange. Be sure to list the following: 

Your original order and the item you’d like to exchange;

The specific item you’d like to receive in return 

We will send you an invoice for reasonable expenses incurred in shipping and processing.

When we know which item you would like in return, and the invoice for shipping and processing is paid, we will tell you where to send the item.

Repackage the item and send it back to us.
Once your returned item is received, your exchange item will be processed for shipping. We will ship your new item.

Once your returned product is received by us unopened, in original condition, intact and in original packaging with purchase receipt. For returns within 30 days, the refund will be processed according to your original method of payment, or through PayPal.

For all Returns and Exchanges please note the following guidelines: 

•    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return product
  • Tripure is not responsible for any missing packages 
  • When shipping your return, please ensure you use a trackable carrier & request an insurance policy equal to the value of your return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery on packages received without a Return Authorisation
• All return and exchange requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase may be required to validate a return or exchange
  • Refunds will only be applied to the original card used for purchase
• All returned merchandise must be in new and original condition
  • Custom merchandise is not eligible for a refund or exchange. All sales are final.
  • Merchandise returned that is not in new original condition will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• Promotional, sample or assorted sale product purchases will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
• Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Credit card refunds are dependent on each customer’s bank. Typically the refund will show anywhere from 3-7 days after processing.

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
